摘 要:随着狭小空间内电子器件热耗、热流密度的不断升高,板式脉动热管(PPHP)因成型工艺简单、成型质量可靠、便于根据热源分布灵活布置流道、受重力加速度影响小的特点,得到了广泛关注。但在实际应用中,板式脉动热管主要作为高效导热体,需与换热器组合进行散热,不能有效节省安装空间。根据工程实例,将脉动热管良好的导热性能与结构紧凑的风冷冷板结合,提出了一种风冷板式脉动热管,并搭建充液率对其传热性能影响的研究实验平台,对充液率影响规律进行分析对比。结果表明:风冷板式脉动热管传热性能优良,较低的充液率不利于其启动运行,在充液率为60%~80%时该风冷板式脉动热管传热性能指标满足设计要求。With the continuous increase of heat consumption and heat flux density of electronic devices in a narrow space,the plate pulsating heat pipe(PPHP)has received extensive attention due to its simple forming process,reliable forming quality,being easy to arrange flow channels flexibly according to the distribution of heat sources and less affected by gravity acceleration.However,in practical application,PPHP is mainly used as high-efficiency heat conductor that needs to be combined with heat exchanger for heat dissipation,which cannot effectively save installation space.According to an engineering example,this paper combines the good thermal conductivity of pulsating heat pipe with the compact air-cooled plate,puts forward an air-cooled PPHP,and builds an experimental platform for the research into the influence of liquid filling rate on the heat transfer performance,analyzes and compares the influence law of liquid filling rate.The results show that the air-cooled PPHP has excellent heat transfer performance,and low liquid filling rate is not conducive to its start-up and operation;the heat transfer performance indexes meet the design requirements when the liquid filling rate of the air-cooled PPHP is 60%~80%.
