摘　　要：[目的/意义]当前,在新一轮科技革命发展,科研体制改革的背景下,为提高国防科技情报研究质量效益,推进国防科技情报研究创新发展意义重大,迫在眉睫。[方法/过程]从情报研究多年实践经验出发,分析近年来国防科技情报研究面临的技术环境和需求环境的巨大变化,以及自身面临的挑战和困境,设计提出了新时代国防科技情报研究创新发展的内涵要求和核心能力。[结果/结论]从学科体系、理论方法、生态环境、人才团队和产品转型等视角,提出打造知识型的优势专业领域、形成独具特色的理论与工具、构建三类八级协同创新生态环境、培育五维一体梯次人才、推出多样化创新型产品等创新发展路径和措施建议。[Purpose/significance]At present,under the background of scientific and technological revolution and research system reform,it significant to promote the innovation and development of defense scientific and technological information research in order to improve the quality and efficiency of defense scientific and technological information research.[Method/process]Based on information research for many years practical experience,this paper analyzes the defense science and technology information research in recent years,facing the great changes in technical and demand environment,as well as its own challenges and difficulties,this paper expounds the new era of defense science and technology information research innovation and development of connotation and ability request,the disciplinary system,theoretical methods,the ecological environment,talents team and product perspective transformation and so on,puts forward the connotation requirements and core capabilities of innovation and development of defense science and technology information research in the new era.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward some innovative development paths and measures and suggestions,such as creating knowledge-based advantageous professional fields,forming unique theories and tools,constructing three-class 8-level collaborative innovation ecological environment,cultivating five-dimensional one-echelon talents,and launching diversified innovative products.
