摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着互联网的普及,公民利用互联网及时接收到关于事件发展的各类信息,随时随地表达个人诉求与立场,进而形成强大的舆论场,同时也诱发了一系列的矛盾和问题,若未进行及时有效的引导和解决,可能会引发社会公众的恐慌,对社会稳定造成不良影响,甚至对国家安全造成威胁。[方法/过程]根据相关指数划分舆情生命周期,对舆情情感数据进行分类和提取,判断舆情主体情感倾向,识别并提取舆情话题,对网络舆情情感和话题随生命周期演化的特征进行分析总结,感知舆情情感倾向和话题内容。[结果/结论]精准解构突发公共卫生事件舆情发展特征,以期为有关部门应对突发公共卫生事件舆情问题提供参考。[Purpose/significance]With the popularization of the Internet,citizens use the Internet to receive all kinds of information about the development of events in a timely manner,express personal demands and positions anytime and anywhere,and then form a strong public opinion field,inducing a series of contradictions and problems,if not timely and effective guidance and resolution,it will trigger panic among the public,adversely affect social stability,and even pose a threat to national security.[Method/process]This paper divides the life cycle of public opinion according to the relevant index,classifies and extracts the public opinion emotion data,judges the emotional tendency of the subject of public opinion,identifies and extracts the topic of public opinion,analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the evolution of network public opinion emotion and topic with the life cycle,and perceives the emotional tendency and topic content of public opinion.[Result/conclusion]Accurately deconstruct the development characteristics of public opinion on public health emergencies,in order to provide reference for relevant departments to respond to public opinion issues of public health emergencies.
