摘　　要：围绕碳达峰、碳中和目标,首先阐述新技术对通信行业实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的战略作用,其次研究了通信行业节能减碳,实现碳中和的实施路径,最后结合减污降碳提出了对碳达峰、碳中和的建议。Centering on the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper first describes the strategic role of new technologies in achieving the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the communication industry,then studies the implementation path of energy saving and carbon reduction in the communication industry,and finally puts forward suggestions on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in combination with reducing pollution and carbon emissions.
