蒸汽压片玉米对辽育白牛育肥效果的影响研究

摘　　要：试验旨在探究蒸汽压片玉米对辽育白牛育肥效果的影响。选择40头辽育白牛青年公牛,分为试验组和对照组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头牛。对照组按照养殖场固定饲料配方,玉米以机械粉碎的玉米面形式饲喂;试验组则采用蒸汽压片玉米替代玉米面,其他不变。试验期3个月,观察对照组与试验组牛的健康情况,比较对照组与试验组牛的平均日增重,分析饲料成本与养殖效益。结果显示:试验组仅有1头牛出现腹泻病症,用药次数为3次。试验组牛平均日增重为1.82 kg,显著高于对照组牛平均日增重(P<0.05)。试验组牛平均增重比对照组高15.3 kg,折算后的养殖效益高550.8元。扣除饲料成本后,平均每头育肥牛的养殖效益仍比对照组高424.8元。研究表明,采用蒸汽压片玉米替代普通粉碎玉米能够改善试验牛的健康状况,显著提升试验牛育肥期平均日增重,增加试验牛育肥养殖效益。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of steam-flaked corn on the fattening effect of Liaoyu white cattle.A total of 40 Liaoyu white cattle young bulls were selected and divided into test group and control group,with four replicates in each group and five bull in each replicate.Bulls in control group was fed with the fixed feed formula of the farm,and the corn was fed in the form of mechanically pulverized cornmeal.During the three-month trial period,the health status of the cattle in control group and test group was observed,the average daily weight gain of the cattle in control group and test group was compared,and the cost of feed and breeding benefits were analyzed.The results showed that only one cow in test group had diarrhea,and the number of medication was three times.The average daily gain of cattle in test group was 1.82 kg,which was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The average weight gain of cattle in test group was 15.3 kg higher than that in control group,and the breeding benefit after conversion was 550.8 yuan higher.The study indicates that the use of steam-flaked corn instead of ordinary crushed corn can improve the health of the test cattle,significantly increase the average daily weight gain of the test cattle during the fattening period,and increase the fattening and breeding efficiency of the test cattle.
