不同药物对猪喘气病的临床效果研究

摘　　要：试验旨在研究不同药物对猪气喘病的治疗效果。将患有猪喘气病的160头猪随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。通过长效土霉素、泰乐菌素、硫酸卡那霉素和复方林可霉素等4种药物注射液治疗进行对比试验,每天治疗2次,连续治疗4 d。根据临床症状改善情况分为治愈、显效、无效3种标准,计算治愈率、显效率、无效率和总有效率。结果显示:长效土霉素组治愈率95.0%、显效率5.0%、无效率0、总有效率100.0%,泰乐菌素组治愈率87.5%、显效率10.0%、无效率2.5%、总有效率97.5%,硫酸卡那霉素组治愈率87.5%、显效率7.5%、无效率5.0%、总有效率95.0%,复方林可霉素组治愈率50.0%、显效率7.5%、无效率42.5%、总有效率57.5%。研究表明,长效土霉素治疗猪喘气病效果较好。The aim of the experiment was to study the therapeutic effect of different drugs on pig asthma.A total of160 pigs suffering from pig asthma were randomly divided into four groups,with four repliecates in each group and ten pigs in each replicate.A comparative test was conducted through the treatment of four drug injections:Long-acting oxytetracycline,tylosin,kanamycin sulfate and compound lincomycin,which were treated twice a day for four consecutive days.According to the improvement of clinical symptoms,it can be divided into three standards:Cure,markedly effective and ineffective.The cure rate,markedly effective rate,ineffective rate and total effective rate are calculated.The results showed that the cure rate was 95.0%,the markedly effective rate was 5.0%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total effective rate was 100.0% in long-acting oxytetracycline group.The cure rate was 87.5%,the markedly effective rate was 10.0%,the ineffective rate was 2.5%,and the total effective rate was 97.5% in tylosin group.The cure rate was 87.5%,the markedly effective rate was 7.5%,the ineffective rate was 5.0%,and the total effective rate was 95.0% in kanamycin sulfate group.The cure rate was 50.0%,the markedly effective rate was 7.5%,the ineffective rate was 42.5%,and the total effective rate was 57.5% in compound lincomycin group.The study indicates that the long acting oxytetracycline has a better effect on pig asthma.
