摘　　要：疫苗接种仍是目前预防大多数传染病的主要方法,但免疫效果良莠不齐,存在免疫效率低下、免疫不确切等现象。使用免疫增强剂可以有效避免上述现象发生。但免疫增强剂种类繁多,目前多处于研究阶段,开发更多、更有效的疫苗增强剂迫在眉睫。文章对部分免疫增强剂的物质基础、作用机制及生产中的应用进行介绍,为免疫增强剂的开发和临床应用提供参考。Vaccination is still the main method to prevent most infectious diseases at present,but the immunization effect is mixed,and there are phenomena such as low immunization efficiency and inaccurate immunization.Use of immune enhancers can effectively avoid the above phenomenon.However,there are many kinds of immune enhancers,and most of them are in the research stage.It is imminent to develop more and more effective vaccine enhancers.The article introduces the material basis,mechanism of action and application in production of some immune enhancers,providing reference for the development and clinical application of immune enhancers.
