摘　　要：白藜芦醇苷主要存在于花生、虎杖、毛葡萄及其酿酒皮渣中,具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等作用。白藜芦醇苷能够减轻多种因素造成的组织器官损伤,对心血管、神经和肝肺具有保护作用。文章综述了白藜芦醇苷在动物医疗中的研究进展,为白藜芦醇苷在动物医学方面的开发利用提供参考。Resveratrol glycosides mainly exist in peanuts,Polygonum cuspidatum,hairy grapes and their wine-making skin residues,and have anti-virus,anti-tumor,antioxidant and other effects.Resveratrol can reduce tissue and organ damage caused by various factors,and has protective effects on cardiovascular,nerve,liver and lung.The article reviews the research progress of resveratrol glycosides in animal medicine,and provides a reference for the development and utilization of resveratrol glycosides in animal medicine.
