摘 要:以云南省德钦县直任龙曲泥石流为研究对象,在野外调查的基础上,基于降雨、高精度地形等数据,利用FLO-2D对工程治理前后不同频率的泥石流进行了数值模拟。结果表明,直任龙曲的治理工程可有效防治20年一遇的泥石流,即使遭遇超设计标准的泥石流,也能大大降低其危害,防治效果较好,防治方案合理;建议加强泥石流的监测预警,以避免超设计标准泥石流造成人员伤亡;数值模拟既可以用于评价既有工程的治理效果,还能呈现防治结果,为防治方案的优化提供设计思路。The evaluation of the prevention and control effect of debris flow control projects is of great significance for optimizing design plan and predicting the prevention and control capabilities of the project.Taking zhirenlongqu debris flow in Deqin County,Yunnan Province as the research object,based on the field investigation,rainfall and high-precision terrain data,the FLO-2D was used to simulate the debris flows with different frequencies before and after engineering treatment.The results show that the treatment project can effectively prevent and control the debris flow that occurs once in 20 years.Even if a debris flow exceeds the design standard,it can greatly reduce its harms.The prevention and control effect is good,and the prevention and control scheme is reasonable.It is suggested to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of debris flow to avoid casualties caused by debris flow exceeding the design standard.Numerical simulation can be used to evaluate the control effects of existing projects,as well as present control results and guide the optimal design of control plans.
