摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)核酸检测是诊断新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)的重要实验室检测项目。在临床实验室进行2019-nCoV核酸检测时,气溶胶传播是最主要的危险因素。2019-nCoV对紫外线和热敏感,在核酸检测实验室及医疗场所推广运用全自动紫外线消毒技术,不仅能保证实验室全面自动消毒灭菌效果,避免紫外线对人体的伤害,还能自动准确记录紫外线灯管使用时间,保证紫外线灭菌灯的使用寿命及消毒效能,解决手动设置开关时间和手动记录不准确带来的潜在风险,减少医护人员的工作量。曲靖市第二人民医院的医护人员发明了一种实验室全自动紫外线消毒灭菌系统,已获得国家实用新型专利(专利号:ZL 202220568100.4),并用于2019-nCoV核酸检测实验室消毒,使用方便,价格便宜,杀菌作用强、无化学残留、技术简单等优点,值得在发热门诊、隔离病房、普通住院病房、治疗室等所有需要用紫外线灯消毒的场所大力推广。2019 Novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)nucleic acid detection is an important index for the diagnosis of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Aerosol transmission is the most important risk factor for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid testing in clinical laboratories.2019-nCoV is sensitive to ultraviolet(UV)and heat.It promotes the application of full-automatic UV disinfection technology in virus nucleic acid testing laboratories and medical places,which could effectively ensure the full automatic disinfection and sterilization of laboratories,avoid the harm of UV to human bodies,and not waste electricity.It can automatically time the use time of the UV lamp,and ensure the service life and disinfection efficiency of the UV lamp,solve the hidden danger caused by manual setting of switch time and inaccurate manual record,and reduce the workload of medical staff.The medical staff of the Second People's Hospital of Qujing invented a fully automatic UV disinfection and sterilization system in the laboratory,which has obtained the national utility model patent(ZL 202220568100.4)and is used for the disinfection of the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection laboratory.It has the advantages of convenient use,low price,strong sterilization,no chemical residue,simple technology,etc.It is also suitable for fever clinics,isolation wards and other places that need to be disinfected with UV light,such as treatment rooms in general wards,which is deserved to be vigorously promoted.
