摘 要:以低熔点液态金属为载流体的相变微胶囊悬浮液(MEPCM-LM)作为散热工质,是解决高热流密度芯片散热的一种新的技术手段。针对以低熔点液态镓作为载流体的相变微胶囊悬浮液,考虑轴向导热的影响,采用等效比热法对相变微胶囊悬浮液在等热流密度圆管内的层流传热特性进行数值模拟,并与以水为载流体的相变微胶囊悬浮液(MEPCM-W)的传热能力进行比较。结果表明:对于MEPCM-LM悬浮液,轴向导热主要在热入口段产生较大影响,且随x/r_(0)减小而增大;Pe_(b0)数越小,轴向导热的影响越大;轴向导热促进了悬浮液中相变颗粒的相变吸热,对换热的强化效果更显著。相较于MEPCM-W悬浮液,MEPCMLM悬浮液相变更快,对流换热系数更高,可采用更短的流道而获得较大的传热能力。A novel and powerful way was proposed to solve the heat barrier problem of the high heat flux chip that the liquid metal(LM)with low melting point was used as carrier fluid of the microencapsulated phase change material(MEPCM)slurry.The numerical study made in this paper was aimed to investigate the laminar convective heat transfer of the MEPCM slurry using liquid gallium as carrier fluid(MEPCM-LM)in the tube under constant heat flux,and the heat transfer of MEPCM-LM slurry were compared with that of MEPCM slurry using water as carrier fluid(MEPCM-W).It is found that the effects of heat conduction on convective heat transfer exist mainly in thermal entrance region,which increases with decreasing x/r_(0) for MEPCM-LM slurry.The convective heat transfer enhancement is more notable because heat conduction can promote the phase change of MEPCM particles.Compared with MEPCM-W slurry,the phase changes rapidly and convective heat transfer coefficient is higher for MEPCM-LM slurry,so the better heat transfer capability can be obtained by using shorter flow tube.
