地方认同视角下历史街区更新策略研究--以青岛中山路历史街区为例  

Study on the Renewal Strategies of Historic Blocks from the Perspective of Place Identity:A Case of Zhongshan Road Historic Block in Qingdao

摘　　要：在快速城镇化进程中,历史街区作为城市特殊地段面临着现代文化侵蚀下地方文脉断裂带来的地方感削弱问题。地方认同作为人地关系的情感状态,为探究历史街区地方感的存续提供了新视角。本研究从居民主体地方认同视角,建立物质环境和社会文化的二维空间感知架构;并结合中山路历史街区现状分析和居民主体地方认同影响因素的调查结果分析,以主体地方认同营造为导向,提出中山路历史街区更新策略,为历史街区复兴提供人本化思路。In the process of rapid urbanization,as a special part of the city,historic blocks face the weakening of the sense of place caused by the interruption of local culture context under the erosion of modern culture.As the emotional state of man-land relationship,place identity provides a new perspective for exploring the continuation of the sense of place in historic blocks.From the perspective of residents’place identity,this paper establishes a two-dimensional spatial perception framework including physical environment and social culture.And combined the analysis on the current situation of Zhongshan Road Historic Block with the analysis on the survey results of the influential factors of residents’place identity,this paper puts forward the renewal strategies of Zhongshan Road Historic Block,taking the creation of place identity as the guidance,which provides the humanistic thinking for the revitalization of the historic blocks.
