高校建筑改造更新与再利用--以西安交通大学文化品牌馆为例

摘　　要：随着高校的发展,部分建筑的立面、功能等已经不能满足当代高校师生的使用要求。为使这些建筑焕发生机,秉承建筑可持续发展原则,需对其进行更新再利用。文章以西安交通大学文化品牌馆为例,结合西安交通大学的西迁精神及历史文化,通过对高校老旧建筑城市及校园内界面的梳理,重新组织功能和内部空间,使旧建筑重新焕发活力,并为高校建筑改造提供设计依据。With the development of colleges and universities,the facades and functions of some buildings can not meet the requirements of the teachers and students.In order to make these buildings be full of vitality,adhering to the principle of architectural sustainable development,it is necessary to renew and reuse them.Taking the Cultural Brand Hall at the North Gate of Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example,combined with the Westward Move Spirit and the historical culture of the University,this paper reorganises the functions and internal spaces to revitalise the old buildings of universities through the organization of their urban and oncampus interfaces,and provides a design basis for the renovation of university buildings.
