泾县花砖的装饰特征与材料性能分析

摘　　要：泾县传统民居中经常会用到一种特殊的砖材用以装饰,即花砖。花砖表面主要由青白两色交织在一起,呈现不同的纹理图案,这种不同颜色的表现特征主要因素包括原材料的矿物组成及烧制工艺等。该研究采集了明清时期的泾县古民居外墙装饰花砖砖样作为样品,采用了XRD、XRF、SEM等仪器分析手段,明确了同一块花砖上不同颜色部位的化学元素、晶体结构和微观结构,验证了这两种不同颜色的差别与其铁元素的含量有关。Traditional houses in Jingxian County often use a special kind of bricks for decoration,named patterned bricks.The surface of the tiles is mainly intertwined with blue and white colors,showing different texture patterns.The main factors of the performance characteristics of this different color include the mineral composition of the raw materials and the firing process.The paper collected the exterior wall tiles of the residential buildings in Qing Dynasty in Jingxian County as samples,used XRD,XRF,SEM and other instrumental analysis methods to clarify the chemical elements,crystal structures and microstructures of different color parts on the same tile,and verified that the difference between different colors is related to the iron content.
