摘　　要：新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)疫情在全球持续传播,至今已经演化出多种新冠病毒变异株。关切变异株(Variants of Concern,VOCs)和关注变异株(Variants of Interest,VOIs)具有不同的生物学特性、传播力和致病力,现有疫苗对不同变异株的保护作用以及检测试剂的效能成为公共卫生的关注点。应该建立全球的监测体系,不断跟进变异株对检测效力、疫苗效能及药物作用的影响,及时对防控策略进行调整。The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is wreaking havoc upon healthcare and economic systems worldwide.COVID-19 is caused by severe acute coronavirus syndrome-coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection.Various new variants of SARS-CoV-2 have evolved.Variants of concern(VOCs)and variants of interest(VOIs)have different biological characteristics,transmissibility and pathogenicity.The protective effect of vaccines against different variants and the efficacy of detection reagents have become a public-health concern.A global surveillance system should be established to continuously monitor the impact of variants upon detection efficacy,vaccine efficacy,drug effects,and to make timely adjustments to preventionand-control strategies.
