摘 要:得益于科学技术水平的不断进步,使得我国房屋建筑领域中不断推陈出新,各种新型的技术手段与先进的施工观念,进一步促进了建筑项目工程先进化、自动化的变革。社会层面对建筑工程的需求转变,使得以装配式建筑为首的工业化、统一化的施工方式逐渐走上历史舞台。其中又以BIM技术对装配式建筑的影响最深、最广。基于此,本文首先对装配式建筑以及BIM技术进行简单叙述,而后就BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用优势出发,探寻其实际应用方向,以期望为同行业人员提供一定施工层面的理论参考。Thanks to the continuous progress of science and technology,the field of housing construction in China has been constantly innovating.Various new technical means and advanced construction concepts have further promoted the evolution and automation of construction and project engineering.The change of demand for construction projects at the social level makes the industrialized and unified construction mode led by prefabricated buildings gradually step onto the historical stage.Among them,BIM technology has the deepest and broadest influence on prefabricated buildings.Based on this,this paper first gives a brief description of prefabricated buildings and BIM technology,and then starts from the application advantages of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings to explore its practical application direction,in order to provide a theoretical reference at the construction level for people in the same industry.
