众包物流标准化的思考和建议

摘　　要：随着“互联网+”技术发展、O2O模式的普及和分享经济概念的推广应用,众包物流逐渐成为解决物流“最后一公里”和“最后一百米”的有效方式。众包物流标准化建设程度和水平与其配送效率和能力密切相关。本文以标准化的视角审视了目前众包物流存在的问题,并从众包物流标准体系规划、研制急需标准和成立组织机构等层面提出了众包物流标准化建设的对策建议。With the development of "Internet +" technology, the popularity of O2O mode and the promotion and application of the concept of sharing economy, crowdsourcing logistics has gradually become an effective way to solve the "last mile" and "last 100 meters" of logistics. The degree and level of standardization are closely related to its effi ciency and capacity. This paper examines the current problems of crowdsourcing logistics from the perspective of standardization, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the standardization of crowdsourcing logistics in the aspects of planning of standards system, development of urgently needed standards and establishment of organizations.
