摘　　要：本文分析了石油机械制造行业特点,结合本企业现阶段存在的问题进行剖析,强调了在新的时代背景下企业开展标准化工作的重大意义。结合本企业标准化工作存在的一些典型问题和不足,明确指出了要采取推进精准标准项目工程、加强标准化人才队伍建设以及树立全员标准化意识三大措施,才能够让企业在未来的市场竞争中始终立于不败之地。This paper analyzes the characteristics of petroleum machinery manufacturing industry based on the current problems of the company, and stresses the signifi cance of standardization work in enterprises under the new background.Combined with some typical standardization deficiencies of the enterprise, it clearly points out that some measures should be taken to make sure that enterprises can always be invincible in the future market competition, such as carrying out a precision standard project, strengthening the construction of talents and establishing overall consciousness of standardization.
