摘　　要：中国房地产市场商业化的推进,推动了建筑涂料行业的快速发展。许多颇具功能特色的防水涂料也不断涌现。然而,与世界先进水平国家相比,我国建筑防水涂料标准体系还存在着标准与建筑应用脱节、耐久性指标不健全、标准体系不统一等问题。本文对我国建筑防水涂料行业及标准化现状进行分析,提出防水涂料产品固有性能和应用性能的概念,结合建筑业需求,指出行业在标准化方面存在的问题与不足,并提出改进对策和建议。The commercialization of China’s real estate market has promoted the rapid development of the architectural coatings industry. Many functional waterproof coatings are also emerging. However, compared with the world’s advanced countries, the standards system of architectural waterproof coatings in China is not unified enough, and there are problems such as disconnection between standards and architectural applications, imperfect durability indicators, and inconsistent standards systems. This paper analyzes the current situation of construction waterproof coating industry and standardization in China, puts forward the concept of inherent performance and application performance of waterproof coating products, and points out the problems and defi ciencies in the standardization of the industry in combination with the needs of the construction industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improvement.
