摘　　要：玻璃是一种有数千年历史的重要工业制品,人类文明数千年的发展都离不开玻璃,千家万户各行各业也都跟玻璃密不可分。然而如此历史悠久且重要的工业制成品,在科技发达的今天,依然存在诸多无法解决的问题,越来越多的产品使用玻璃制品,随之而来的是越来越多的玻璃产品质量问题和争议。本文主要对近年来接触到的与钢化玻璃相关的司法案件进行分析和解释,希望能进一步降低钢化玻璃的质量相关争议,减少社会矛盾,促进玻璃行业更好地发展。Glass is an important industrial product with thousands of years of history. The development of human civilization for thousands of years is inseparable from glass, and thousands of families and all walks of life are inseparable from glass. However, such a long history and important industrial finished product, in today’s advanced science and technology, there are still many unsolvable problems. More and more products use glass products, which is followed by more and more problems and disputes on glass product quality. This paper mainly analyzes and explains the toughened glass related judicial cases in recent years, which is expected to further reduce the quality of toughened glass related disputes, reduce social confl icts, and promote the better development of glass industry.
