摘　　要：本文根据“三导向”人才培养模式的内涵,为实现在“三导向”人才培养模式下学生参与公寓标准化管理,从学生参与学生公寓标准化管理的意义、内容、存在的问题及建议方面做了探讨,探索学生参与学生公寓标准化管理的新路径,使学生在参与公寓管理、公寓文化建设的过程中,获得实践经验,提高自身修养并增长才干,对“三导向”人才培养模式的探索具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。According to the connotation of "three-oriented" talent cultivation mode, in order to realize students’ participation in the apartment standardized management under the "three-oriented" talent cultivation mode, this paper discusses the significance, content, problems and suggestions of students’ participation in apartment standardized management, explores new paths of students’ participation in the standardization management of student apartment, to enable students to gain practical experience and improve their self-cultivation and abilities in the process of participating in the management and cultural construction of apartments. It is of great theoretical and practical signifi cance for the exploration of the "three-oriented" talent cultivation mode.
