标准化个案护理查房在老年髋关节骨折患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化个案护理查房在老年髋关节骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法:此次研究对象为吉林省吉林中西医结合医院近年来收治的80例老年髋关节骨折患者,将患者分成两组,采用不同护理干预措施。结果:比较两组患者髋关节活动度评分、生活自理能力评分,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);比较两组患者的术后并发症的发生率,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年髋关节骨折患者,采用标准化个案护理查房的方法,能够令患者的生活自理能力得到明显加强,减少并发症情况的发生,具有一定推广价值。Objective: To study the application of standardized case nursing and ward round in the nursing of elderly patients with fracture of hip joint. Methods: In this study, elderly patients with fracture of hip joint who were treated in Jilin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in recent years were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing) and observation group(standardized case nursing) to study the nursing situation of patients.Results: The hip joint mobility score and the self-care ability assessment score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The occurrence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The standardized case nursing and ward round can promote the recovery of elderly patients with fracture and avoid their complications, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
