摘　　要：目的:研究标准化R-CHOP方案联合来那度胺治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者80例,随机分为实验组及对照组40例。两组均使用标准化R-CHOP方案治疗,实验组联合来那度胺共同治疗,对比两组疗效差异。结果:实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者1年、3年、5年的PFS和OS均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化R-CHOP方案联合来那度胺治疗弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective: To study the efficacy of standardized R-CHOP regimen combined with lenalidomide in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Methods: A total of 80 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group of 40 cases. Both groups were treated with standardized R-CHOP regimen, and the experimental group was also treated with lenalidomide. The difference in effi cacy between the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the PFS and OS of the patients in the experimental group at 1 year, 3 years and 5 years were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Standardized R-CHOP regimen combined with lenalidomide has signifi cant curative effect, and it is safe and reliable in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
