摘  要:为研制高效透水、防堵塞透水面层材料,在环氧树脂材料中引入不同的双亲性反应型表面改性剂,改善树脂材料的亲水性,从而提高透水系数。通过调整沙漠沙或尾矿砂的粒径大小及颗粒级配调整其孔隙率及孔径分布,调整树脂材料的用量,从而优化透水面层材料的孔隙结构,实现透水面层材料防堵塞功能,并提高其抗压强度。研究结果表明,不同表面改性剂对面层材料透水系数的影响效果从大到小依次为硅烷偶联剂>钛酸酯偶联剂>涂易乐FS-660,表面改性剂的最佳掺量为10%;透水面层材料中烘干沙1、烘干沙2、尾矿砂组成比例为5:3:2时最佳,优选树脂掺量为4%,此时透水面层材料的透水系数为5.3mm/s,7d抗压强度为30.4MPa,将透水面层材料拌合物与强度等级为C30的水泥基透水基层材料拌合物按2:11厚度比分两次装模后,在15MPa成型压力下制备的透水砖的透水系数为5.2mm/s,28d抗压强度为34.2MPa。In order to develop efficient permeable,anti-clogging permeable surface layer material,different amphiphilic reactive surface modifiers were introduced into the epoxy resin material to improve the hydrophilicity of the resin material,so as to improve the water permeability coefficient;The porosity and pore size distribution of desert sand or tailing sand are adjusted by adjusting the particle size and particle gradation;At the same time,adjust the amount of resin material,so as to optimize the pore structure of the permeable surface material,realize the anti blocking function of the permeable surface material,and improve its compressive strength.The results show that the effect of different surface modifiers on the water permeability coefficient of surface materials is silane coupling agent>titanate coupling agent>tuyile fs-660 from large to small,and the optimal content of surface modifier is 10%;Among the permeable surface materials,when the composition ratio of dry sand 1,dry sand 2 and tailings sand is 5:3:2,the optimal resin content is 4%.At this time,the permeability coefficient of the permeable surface material is 5.3mm/s,and the 7d compressive strength is 30.4MPa.After the mixture of the permeable surface material and the cement-based permeable base material with strength grade C30 is molded twice according to the thickness ratio of 2:11,the permeability coefficient of the permeable brick prepared under the molding pressure of 15MPa is 5.2mm/s,The 28d compressive strength is 34.2MPa.
