摘 要:为缓解水稳基层养生周期内施工车辆造成的损伤问题,文中利用有限元软件进行理论分析,对比研究了传统分层摊铺和双层连续摊铺下施工车辆造成的施工应力,并得到了双层连续摊铺下的极限轴载。结果表明,采用双层连续摊铺施工可以有效提高施工车辆轴载限制标准,相比于传统施工7d、14d、28d轴载限制标准分别提高了57%、29%、4.1%,双层连续摊铺施工车辆轴载限制为361kN;双层连续摊铺后下层更密实,抗压强度更好。In order to alleviate the damage caused by construction vehicles in the water-stable base during the health maintenance period,the finite element software was used to carry out theoretical analysis, and the construction stress of traditional layering and double-layer continuous paving was compared, and the ultimate axle load under double-layer continuous paving was obtained. The results show that the double-layer continuous spreading construction can effectively improve the axle load limit standard of construction vehicles, compared with the traditional construction of 7d, 14d, 28d axle load limit of 57%, 29%, 4.1%, the double-layer continuous spreading construction vehicle axle load limit of 361kN,after double-layer continuous spreading, the lower layer is denser and the compressive strength is more advantageous.
