摘  要:3D打印技术近几年发展迅速,对3D打印材料也提出了更高的要求。为了降低材料成本,实现固废资源化利用,现以工业脱硫石膏制备的半水石膏为基础,辅以白泥,添加石英砂作为骨料,外加缓凝剂、减水剂和增稠剂等,通过均匀试验和基于后退法的多元线性回归,探究多元外加剂、骨料和水的添加量及其交互作用对流动度和强度的影响。在此基础上,提出了一种以石膏为胶凝材料,填料、骨料及外加剂合理调配的材料配方,成功制备了具有优良性能的固废基3D打印材料,且可通过后期上色或添加颜料满足产品对不同颜色的要求。As a revolutionary technology, 3D printing technology has been rapidly developed in recent years, which has also put forward higher requirements for 3D printing materials. In order to reduce the material cost and realize the resource utilization of solid waste, based on the β-hemihydrate gypsum prepared from industrial desulfurized gypsum, supplemented by white mud, adding quartz sand as aggregate,retarder, water reducer, thickener and other additives, the effects of the addition amount of multiple additives, aggregate and water and their interaction on the fluidity and strength were explored through uniform test and multiple linear regression based on backward method. On this basis, a material formula with gypsum as cementitious material and reasonable blending of fillers, aggregates and additives was proposed. The solid waste based 3D printing material with excellent performance was successfully prepared, which can meet the requirements of different colors of products through later coloring or adding pigments.
