摘 要:文中研究了超轻质3D打印水泥基材料的基本力学性能,以不同配合比制成轻质水泥基材料,经3D打印机打印试样,通过单轴压缩以及劈拉试验测试其力学性能并研究其应力-应变全曲线。结果表明,3D打印材料的各向异性较为显著,不同纤维掺量的打印材料的受压及受拉韧性具有较大的差别,且纤维掺量越高,其力学性能越优越。In this paper, in order to study the basic mechanical properties of ultra-light 3D printed cement-based materials, light cementbased materials were made with different mixing ratios, and the samples were printed by 3D printer. The mechanical properties were tested by uniaxial compression and splitting tensile tests, and the stress-strain curves were studied. The results show that the anisotropy of 3D printing materials is obvious, and the compression and tensile toughness of printing materials with different fiber content are quite different, and the higher the fiber content, the better its mechanical properties.
