摘 要:T型角焊缝广泛应用于桥梁、船舶、机械设备、输油管道、电力设施、钻井平台等建设当中,为保证这类焊缝的质量并及时发现相关缺陷,科学开展超声波检测极为关键。文中列举分析了多种超声波检测方法和DAC曲线绘制方法,对T型角焊缝超声波检测的探头选择、仪器调节、检测要点进行了阐述,从气孔、夹渣、裂纹、未熔合、未焊透等方面对不同性质缺陷波型进行了判别。T-shaped fillet welds are widely used in the construction of bridges, ships, mechanical equipment, oil pipelines, power facilities,drilling platforms, etc. In order to ensure the quality of such welds and find relevant defects in time, scientific ultrasonic testing is extremely critical. Various ultrasonic testing methods and DAC curve drawing methods are listed and analyzed in this paper. The probe selection, instrument adjustment and testing points of ultrasonic testing for T-shaped fillet weld are described. The wave patterns of different defects are identified from the aspects of porosity, slag inclusion, crack, incomplete fusion, incomplete penetration, etc.
