管桩穿越卵(碎)石层的超深送桩施工工法研究

摘  要:管桩因施工方便、承载力高及质量可靠等优点,在工程中得到了广泛应用。但当管桩与内支撑位置有冲突,尤其是管桩深度范围内存在卵(碎)石层时,超深送桩会造成管桩施工困难。为了解决这一问题,文中提出了一种新的管桩施工工法,阐述其施工工法的原理,提出了施工流程及施工过程中的要点,建立了施工过程的质量控制体系,并对后期的效益展开分析。通过对比灌注桩施工,结果表明,该管桩穿越卵(碎)石层的施工工艺在施工效率、成桩质量和成本控制方面有显著的优势。Due to the advantages of convenient construction,high bearing capacity and reliable quality,pipe piles are widely used in engineering.However,when there is a conflict between the pipe pile and the inner support position,especially when there is an egg(crushed)stone layer within the depth range of the pipe pile,the ultra-deep feeding of the pile will cause difficulties in the construction of the pipe pile.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a new construction method of pipe piles,expounds the principle of its construction method,puts forward the construction process and the key points in the construction process,establishes the quality control system of the construction process,and has a good understanding of the later benefits.Expand the analysis.By comparing the construction of cast-in-place piles,it is shown that the construction technology of the pipe pile passing through the egg(crushed)stone layer has significant advantages in construction efficiency,pile quality and cost control.
