摘　　要：文中以武夷新区赤岸某住宅为例,对地下室抗浮锚杆施工技术进行分析,从而确保房屋结构安全及使用功能,保障人民生命和财产安全。In this paper, taking chian of Wuyi New District as an example, the anti-floating bolt construction technology of basement is analyzed, so as to ensure the structural safety of the building and the use of function, and to protect the safety of people’s life and property.
