摘　　要：基于系统动力学原理,结合协同理论,探索财政协同金融扩大资金供应路径,形成以政府财政资金“小投入”撬动金融资金“大投资”的蝴蝶效应,缓解中小企业科技创新的融资约束,提高中小企业科技研发能力。Based on the principle of system dynamics and the theory of synergy,the paper explores the path of financial synergy to expand capital supply,and forms the"butterfly effect"of"small input"of government financial funds to leverage"large investment"of financial funds,so as to alleviate the financing constraints of SMEs'scientific and technological innovation and improve their R&D capabilities.
