摘  要:结合新形态电力系统发展实际,阐释电力系统调度必须走向协同的必要性。提出在协调有功平衡过程中,挖掘协同效应,合作地化解不确定性,实现协同调度的研究思路。研究借助主动负荷来消除强不确定性的源协同调度、网络结构形态趋同于源的源网协同调度的理论问题,以及分布自治与全局统筹结合的源网协同聚类框架下的分布一致性的定位与追踪的时变建模、算法及实现。This paper explained the necessity of the synergistic dispatch of power system.The idea was to explore the synergy effect,eliminate the uncertainty cooperatively,and realize the synergistic dispatch during the power balance procedure.The key point was to establish the source synergistic dispatch which could eliminate the strong uncertainty by active load,the source-network synergistic dispatch which considered the interaction between sources and networks.Models,algorithms and realizations of the distributed autonomy and global coordination based on the source-network synergistic cluster were also presented.
