摘  要:轨检小车作为轨道几何状态的检测工具,运行过程的变形量要严格控制,以减小测量误差。小车运行过程可能发生的变形包括弯曲、扭曲和共振。基于小车这些变形特征,文章采用有限元法分别对轨检小车车体进行静态弯曲、静态扭曲的计算和小车模态提取。在建立有限元模型时,根据小车结构特征,以梁单元和壳单元相结合的方式建模,大幅度地减少了计算量。最后本文给出了小车的有限元法分析结果,同时也指明了轨检小车后期车身优化的方向,为小车车身进一步的改进奠定了基础。Rail inspection trolley is used as a tool to detect the geometric state of the track,the amount of deformation during operation should be strictly controlled to reduce the measurement error.The possible deformations of the vehicle during operation include bending,distortion and resonance.Based on these deformation characteristics of the car,this paper adopts the integral method to calculate the static bending and the static bending of the car body and extract the modal of the small car.When the finite element model is established,the model is built by combining the beam element and shell element according to the structural characteristics of the car,which greatly reduces the calculation cost.Finally,this paper gives the finite element analysis results of the trolley,and also points out the optimization of rail inspection trolley body in the later stage,which lays a foundation for further improvement of the trolley body.
