摘 要:阳春砂仁,作为我国一种名贵且实用的中药,其主要成分为挥发油,主要含有莰烯、棕榈酸、柠檬烯等26种成分。阳春砂仁挥发油常用的提取方法有水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界萃取法、微波浸提法、有机溶剂热浸法、Bligh-Dyer溶剂提取法。本文通过归纳以上几种提取方法所得到的挥发油成分GC-MS分析结果的比较与工艺评价,以及阳春砂仁挥发油的微乳制备和抗氧化活性成分,以期为阳春砂仁挥发油微乳制备工艺和DPPH·自由基的清除能力的研究提供基础参考。Yangchun amomum villosum,as a rare and practical traditional Chinese medicine in China,is mainly composed of volatile oil,including 26 components such as camphene,palmitic acid and limonene.The commonly used extraction methods of volatile oil from amomum solanum include steam distillation,supercritical fluid extraction,microwave extraction,organic solvent hot extraction and Bligh-Dyer solvent extraction.The comparison of GC-MS analysis results of volatile oil obtained by the above extraction methods and process evaluation were summarized,as well as the preparation of volatile oil microemulsion and antioxidant active components of Yangchun amomum villosum,in order to provide a basic reference for the study of the preparation of volatile oil microemulsion and the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical.
