摘 要:研究了聚丙烯复合材料挤出成型过程中螺杆组合强度、加工温度、真空度、螺杆注水、烘干后处理等工艺对聚丙烯复合材料VOC的影响。结果表明,以上过程工艺均对聚丙烯复合材料的VOC有重要影响,选择中等强度的螺杆组合,190~210℃的加工温度,双真空加注水工艺,以及增加合适的烘干后处理工艺,可制得低VOC水平的聚丙烯复合材料,可广泛应用于汽车仪表板、门板、立柱等内饰零件。The influence of screw combination strength,processing temperature,vacuum degree,screw water injection,post drying treatment and other processes on VOC of polypropylene composites in the extrusion process of polypropylene composites were studied.The results showed that the above processes had a significant impact on VOC of polypropylene composites.Selecting the screw combination with medium strength,processing temperature of 190~210℃,double vacuum water injection process,as well as adding appropriate drying post-treatment process,polypropylene composite with low VOC level can be made,which can be widely used in automotive instrument panel,door panel,pillar and other interior parts.
