涤纶染色用固色剂DG081的合成及应用

摘　　要：以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)、N-乙烯基咪唑(单体1)、烯丙基环氧聚醚(单体2)为原料合成了一种环保型涤纶固色剂DG081。通过FT-IR表征了固色剂的结构和性能。研究了反应物质量比、反应时间、反应温度和引发剂用量等因素对固色效果的影响,优化的合成工艺条件:m(DMDAAC):m(单体1):m(单体2)=100:1.5:2.0,引发剂用量0.9%(对单体质量),在100℃保温反应5 h。涤纶固色剂DG081应用于活性染料染色织物的固色处理,湿摩擦牢度可达4级,干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,皂洗沾色牢度可达4级。An environmental protection chloride cement DG081 was synthesized with dimethyl dipropylene ammonium chloride(DMDAAC),N-vinyl imidazole(monomer 1)and allyl epoxy polyether(monomer 2).The structure and properties of color fixation were characterized by FT-IR.The influence of the reactant mass ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature and initiator dosage on the color fixation effect was studied.The optimized synthesis process conditions were as follows:m(DMDAAC):m(monomer 1):m(monomer 2)=100:1.5:2.0,the initiator dosage was 0.9%(for monomer mass),and the reaction was insulated at 100℃for 5 h.Polyester detergent DG081 was used in reactive dye dyeing fabrics,with wet friction fastness up to level 4,dry friction fastness up to level 4 to 5,and soap washing color fastness up to level 4.
