摘　　要：采用HPLC法测定白鲜皮中白鲜碱、黄柏酮、梣酮的含量,用热水浸出物测定法计算出膏率,AHP-CRITIC混合加权评分法对19种不同产地白鲜皮进行评分。辽宁产12批药材与省外7批比较,综合评分平均值高且具有统计学差异(P=0.02)。且辽宁省内白鲜皮中白鲜碱含量明显高于外省。但人工栽培三年生白鲜皮,其梣酮含量不符合2020版《中国药典》不得少于0.05%的规定,因此辽宁栽培白鲜皮生长年限至少要达到四年才能采挖。The contents of dictamnine,obacunone and fraxinellon in Dictamnus dasycarpus were determined by HPLC,and the yield of the extract was calculated by the method of hot water extract,AHP-CRITIC mixed weighted scoring method was used to evaluate the quality of Dictamnus dasycarpus from 19 different habitats.The average comprehensive score of 12 batches of crude drugs produced in Liaoning province was higher than that of 7 batches produced outside Liaoning province(P=0.02).The content of Dictamnus dasycarpus in Liaoning province was significantly higher thanin other provinces.However,the content of fraxinellon in artificially cultivated three-year-old Dictamnus dasycarpus did not meet the requirement of the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of not less than 0.05%.Therefore,the growing period of Dictamnus dasycarpus from Liaoning province should reach at least four years before digging.
