摘　　要：某化工厂精细化工和石化产品综合生产废水,具有机污染物和氮素浓度很高,水质复杂,可生化性很差等特点,设计采用电催化氧化+UASB+两级A/O+次氯酸钠酸氧化组合工艺处理废水,本文介绍了该工艺的流程及特点、主要设计参数及运行效果。结果表明该组合工艺处理效果较好,系统稳定,出水水质达到园区污水处理厂的纳管标准,该工程的成功应用和经验可供相关行业的类似废水处理参考。The integrated production wastewater of fine chemical and petrochemical products in a chemical plant has the characteristics of high organic pollutant and nitrogen concentration,complex water quality and poor biodegradability.A combined process of electrocatalytic oxidation,UASB,two stage A/O process and sodium hypochlorite acid oxidation was adopted for its treatment.The combined treatment process and its characteristics,main design parameters and operation effects were introduced.The results showed that the combined process had a good and stable treatment effects,and the effluent quality met the pipe acceptance standard of the sewage treatment plant in the industrial park.The successful application and experience of the project can be used as a reference for similar wastewater treatment in related industries.
