摘 要:以当地电厂固废煤灰渣为主固硫剂,生石灰为辅助固硫剂,腐殖酸钠为粘结剂,制备了高固硫型煤,并探究了固硫剂和粘结剂的添加量对型煤固硫率的影响,结果表明,添加10%腐殖酸钠、2%煤灰渣、2%生石灰,燃烧温度为850℃时,制备的型煤具有较高的固硫率,可达84.4%。热重分析结果表明,型煤的着火点为450℃,最大质量损失温度为545℃,燃尽温度为610℃。本研究为煤灰渣固废及粉煤的资源化利用提供了新思路。The high-sulfur-fixing coal briquette was prepared by using local power plant solid waste coal ash as the main sulfur-fixing agent,quicklime as the auxiliary sulfur-fixing agent,and sodium humate as the binder.Then the effect of amounts of the sulfur-fixing agent and the binder was investigated.The results showed that when 10%sodium humate,2%coal ash slag and 2%quicklime were added and the combustion temperature was 850℃,the sulfur fixing rate of briquette was high,up to 84.4%.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the ignition point of briquette was 450℃,the maximum mass loss temperature was 545℃and the burnout temperature was 610℃.A new idea was provided for the resource utilization of coal ash,solid waste and pulverized coal.
