摘  要:为改善某厂高架火炬消烟性能,针对高架火炬燃烧头结构进行改进,提高火炬燃烧头空气引射量,促进火炬气与空气混合。开展试验研究对火焰形态和消烟临界鼓风空气系数进行研究,分析改进结构火炬的消烟性能和可行性。试验结果显示,改进结构火炬可促进火炬气与空气混合,提高火炬气燃烧效率,降低消烟临界鼓风空气系数,提高火炬燃烧头消烟性能,具备工业应用可行性。In order to improve the smoke suppression performance of an elevated flareinafactory,the structure of the combustion head of the elevated flare was improved to increase the amount of air ejected of the flare combustion head and promote the mixing of the flare gas and air.Experimental researches were carried out to study the flame shape and the critical blast air coefficient of smoke suppression,and the smoke suppression performance and feasibility of the flare with improved structure were analyzed.The test results showed that the flare with improved structure can promote the mixing of the flare gas and the air,the combustion efficiency of the flare gas was improved,the critical blast air coefficient for smoke suppression was reduced,and the smoke suppression performance of the flare combustion head was improved,which had the feasibility of industrial application.
