摘  要:以培养学生无机材料水热合成及表征方法为目的,介绍了一种介孔分子筛SBA-16的合成及孔径调节方法的综合实验。样品采用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、氮气物理吸附-脱附等进行了表征。实验从样品制备到表征分析,安排合理,可操作性强。实验过程中可使学生充分的运用所学的知识,提升其动手能力,分析问题解决问题的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣和进行科研创新的意识。A comprehensive experiment was designed based on the synthesis and characterization of SBA-16 molecular sieve.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),nitrogen physical adsorption-desorption,etc.From the aspects of sample preparation,characterization and analysis,the experiment was reasonably arranged and had strong operability.During the experiment,the students can be trained in the hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of inorganic materials.In addition,this can stimulate their interest in learning,improve students ability to apply what they learned to solve practical problems and awareness of scientific research and innovation.
