摘　　要：当前,随着科技进步和发展,化工企业的竞争压力日益加重,人们对产品和供应商的质量要求逐渐提高,因此,全面贯彻落实质量管理体系将成为市场竞争力的关键。本文以化工企业为研究对象,以ISO 9001质量管理体系、IATF 16949汽车质量管理体系和质量管理工具为理论基础,结合化工企业的现状和潜在隐患,提出相对应的优化和改进措施,从而帮助质量管理体系更有效地实施。对化工企业的质量管理体系水平的优化和改进有着重要的参考和借鉴意义。With the development of social economy and the improvement of technological level,the competitive pressure of chemical enterprises is increasing.People s requirements for the quality of products and suppliers are getting higher and higher.Therefore,the comprehensive implementation of the quality management system will become the key to market competitiveness.Corresponding optimization and improvement measures was proposed,this measure taked chemical companies as the research object and was based on ISO 9001 quality management system,IATF 16949 automotivequality management system and quality management tools,and the status quo and existing problems of chemical companies were combined.It helpd the quality management system to be implemented more effectively.This it has important reference and reference significance for the optimization and improvement of the quality management system level of chemical enterprises.
