跨国并购知识转移主体意愿对企业创新的影响研究——基于系统动力学方法

摘　　要：利用系统动力学方法,从社会资本视角出发,分析知识获取型跨国并购情境下,母公司需求意愿与子公司转移意愿对母公司知识创新与储备的积极影响。研究发现,子公司知识转移意愿对关系资本与认知资本有较高的灵敏度,母公司知识需求意愿对结构资本有较高的灵敏度;子公司知识转移意愿积极影响并购主体间知识转移量,母公司知识需求意愿积极影响母公司知识吸收量。同时,知识转移总量与母公司知识吸收量的提升有助于母公司知识创新量与储备量的增加。From the perspective of social capital, this paper employs a system dynamics approach to analyze the positive impacts of the parent company’s willingness to demand and the subsidiary company’s willingness to transfer on the parent company’s knowledge innovation and reserve in the context of knowledge-acquisition cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The result shows that: The subsidiary’s willingness to transfer knowledge is highly sensitive to relational capital and cognitive capital, and the parent company’s willingness to demand knowledge is highly sensitive to structural capital;the subsidiary’s willingness to transfer knowledge positively affects the volume of knowledge transfer between M&A entities, and the parent company’s willingness to demand knowledge positively affects the volume of the parent company’s knowledge absorption. Besides, increases in the gross volume of knowledge transfer and the volume of the parent company’s knowledge absorption help the parent company to increase its volume of knowledge innovation and reserve.
