摘  要:ABS是重要的3D打印材料,但由于ABS易燃,潜在的火灾因素限制了其在3D打印领域的发展。本文以微胶囊红磷(MRP)、十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)作为阻燃剂,三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))作为协效剂,研究制备可用以3D打印生产的ABS复合阻燃专用料。通过研究发现,MRP/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3)复合阻燃剂添加量为24份时,综合性能最佳,氧指数为34.5,无滴落,UL94为V-0级别,阻燃效果好,拉伸强度为33.6 MPa,断裂伸长率为8.1%,冲击强度为4.3 MPa,熔体流动速率为29.3 g/10 min,维卡软化温度为98.8℃。3D打印过程仍然流畅,不堵头,表面无开裂现象,底部无翘曲,水波纹度小,细节特征较明显,满足3D打印产品的表面粗糙度和尺寸精度要求。ABS is an important 3 D printing material, but its development in the field of 3 D printing is limited by its flammability and potential fire factors.In this paper, microcapsule red phosphorus(MRP) and decabromodiphenylethane(DBDPE) were used as flame retardants, and antimony trioxide(Sb_(2)O_(3)) was used as synergist to study and prepare ABS composite flame retardant special materials for 3 D printing.It is found that when the content of MRP/DBDPE/Sb_(2)O_(3) Ocomposite flame retardant is 24 phr, the comprehensive performance is the best, the oxygen index is 34.5,there is no drip, UL94 is V-0 grade, the flame retardant effect is good, the tensile strength is 33.6 MPa, the elongation at break is 8.1%,the impact strength is 4.3 MPa, the melt flow rate is 29.3 g/10 min, and the Vicat softening temperature is 98.8 ℃.The 3 D printing process is still smooth, without plug, no cracking on the surface, no warpage at the bottom, small water ripple and obvious detail characteristics, which meet the requirements of surface roughness and dimensional accuracy of 3 D printing products.
