摘  要:研究开发臭氧催化氧化工艺深度处理化工综合污水生化出水的催化剂,考察浸渍时间、浸渍温度和载体预处理对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,延长浸渍时间、提高浸渍温度和预处理载体有利于提高催化剂活性。优化的催化剂制备条件为浸渍时间7 h,浸渍温度70℃。载体预处理方案采用0.3 mol/L柠檬酸溶液处理载体72 h后,于450℃焙烧6 h。Ozone catalytic oxidation process is applied to treat the biochemical effluent from chemical wastewater.The influence of impregnation time,impregnation temperature and carrier pretreatment on activity of catalyst is investigated.The results showed that the activity of the catalyst was improved by prolonging the impregnation time,increasing the impregnation temperature and the pretreated carrier.The optimized catalyst preparation conditions:the impregnation time is 7 h,the impregnation temperature is 70℃.The carrier pretreatment scheme:0.3 mol/L citric acid solution was used to soak the carrier 72 h and calcined for 6h at 450℃.
