摘　　要：介绍了Hostalen淤浆聚合工艺流程及技术优势,重点从Hostalen低压淤浆法生产聚乙烯工艺过程的角度,阐述了影响产品质量的5方面因素,提出了8种有效降低协议品量的控制方法。最后对控制方法的效果进行了总结,对装置产品质量的工艺控制提出了建议。In this paper,the technological process and advantages of Hostalen slurry polymerization were introduced.From the perspective of Hostalen slurry process for polyethylene production,five factors affecting product quality were described,and eight control methods for effectively reducing the amount of agreed product were proposed.Finally,the effect of the control method was summarized,and some suggestions for the process control of product quality were put forward.
