摘 要:为研究铆钉剪切面残余应力对铆接接头抗剪强度的影响,通过ABAQUS软件对不同孔径配合尺寸进行了铆接与剪切模拟,研究不同孔径配合尺寸下铆钉剪切面残余应力的分布,进而探究铆钉剪切面残余应力对铆钉抗剪强度的影响,并对模型的准确性进行铆钉剪切试验验证。结果表明,不同孔径配合尺寸,会使铆接干涉量发生改变,导致铆钉铆接后剪切面残余应力分布和大小受到影响,进而影响铆钉的抗剪切性能。铆钉在铆接卸载后,剪切面单元在受剪方向上主要受到压应力,存在压缩残余应力,其中,铆钉剪切面的Mises等效应力主要分布在剪切面圆心部,压缩残余应力主要分布在剪切面边缘,且残余应力在铆钉剪切面处分布越集中越有利于提高铆钉的抗剪强度。In order to study the effect of residual stresses on the shear strength of riveted joints,riveting and shear simulations were performed by ABAQUS software for different hole fit sizes to study the distribution of residual stresses on the shear plane of rivets with different hole fit sizes,and then the effect of residual stresses on the shear strength of rivets with shear plane,and the accuracy of the model was verified by rivet shear tests.The results show that different hole fit sizes can cause a change in the amount of riveting interference,resulting in the distribution and magnitude of residual stresses on the shear plane of the rivet after riveting,which in turn affects the shear resistance of the rivet.After the rivet is unloaded,the shear plane unit is mainly subjected to compressive stress in the shear direction,and there are compressive residual stresses,in which the Mises equivalent stresses in the shear plane of the rivet are mainly distributed in the center of the shear plane,and the compressive residual stresses are mainly distributed in the edge of the shear plane,and the more concentrated the residual stresses are in the shear plane of the rivet,the better it is to improve the shear strength of the rivet.
