摘 要:平衡阀是工程机械液压提升系统中的核心元件,对系统工作的稳定性有重大影响。针对某型号的平衡阀节流温升导致阀芯变形,从而引起阀芯卡滞的问题,对平衡阀进行了数值模拟仿真研究。首先,利用SolidWorks软件建立了不同开度的平衡阀三维模型;然后,利用ICEM对平衡阀进行了网格划分;最后,应用ANSYS Workbench平台对平衡阀进行了不同工况下的模拟仿真,分析了不同开度、不同进出口压差下,平衡阀流场内流体速度、温度变化以及阀芯变形的情况。研究结果表明:靠近平衡阀节流口的区域流体温度较高,远离节流口区域的流体温度较低;当阀口的开度、压差不同时,阀内流体温度变化明显,最高可达429 K;阀芯、阀内流体的温度分布不均匀,阀芯受温度影响局部变形较大,最大变形量为2.28μm,可能导致阀芯卡滞现象的发生。The balance valve was the core component in the hydraulic lifting system of construction machinery,which had a significant impact on the stability of the system.A numerical simulation study was carried out for a certain type of balance valve,which caused the deformation of the valve core due to the throttling temperature rise.Firstly,the 3D models of the valve with different opening degrees were established using SolidWorks software.Then ICEM was used to mesh the balance valve.Finally,the ANSYS Workbench platform was used to simulate the balance valve under different working conditions,and the fluid velocity,temperature change and valve core deformation in the flow field of the balance valve under different opening degrees and different inlet and outlet pressure differences were analyzed.The research results show that the temperature in the area close to the orifice is higher,and the temperature in the area away from the orifice is lower.When the valve opening and pressure difference are different,the temperature of the fluid in the valve changes obviously,up to 429 K.The temperature distribution of the valve core and the fluid in the valve is uneven,and the valve core has a large local deformation under the influence of temperature,and the maximum deformation amount is 2.28μm,which may lead to the occurrence of the valve core stuck phenomenon.
