摘 要:某液压打桩锤的组合插装阀动作过程中,由于缺少对其响应特性和流场特性问题的研究,对组合插装阀的响应特性和流场特性进行了仿真分析,以期为整机的可靠性分析及性能预测提供依据。首先,介绍了插装阀的结构,分析了插装阀阀芯动作机理,考虑弹簧刚度、阀芯面积、阻尼孔大小、稳态液动力、阀芯重力、液体阻尼力、液压油体积弹性等因素,确定了系统的主要参数,分别建立了插装阀开启和关闭两种状态的数学理论模型;然后,利用AMESim软件对插装阀控制腔压力、阀口流量、阀芯位移等进行了仿真分析;最后,利用Fluent仿真软件得到了插装阀在不同开度下的速度云图、压力云图。研究结果表明:压力分布没有明显突变,阀芯开口设计较为合理;组合插装阀开度分别为20%、40%、60%、80%、100%时,出口平均流速为19.64 m/s、39.20 m/s、53.22 m/s、55.44 m/s、57.28 m/s;得到了插装阀开度对流体最大流速、平均流量、最大压力等的影响规律,为专用组合阀性能预测提供了依据。Aiming at the problem that the response characteristics and flow field characteristics of a combined cartridge valve for hydraulic piling hammer need to be studied in the process of operation,the response characteristics and flow field characteristics of the combined valve were simulated and analyzed.Firstly,the structure of cartridge valve was introduced,and the action mechanism of cartridge valve spool was analyzed.Considering the spring stiffness,spool area,damping hole size,steady-state hydrodynamic force,spool gravity,liquid damping force,hydraulic oil volume elasticity and other factors,the main parameters of the system were determined,and the mathematical theoretical models of cartridge valve opening and closing were established respectively.Then,AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the pressure of the cartridge valve control chamber,the flow rate of the valve port,and the displacement of the valve core.Finally,the velocity and pressure contours of the cartridge valve under different openings were obtained by Fluent simulation software.The results show that the pressure distribution has no obvious mutation,and the valve core opening design is reasonable.When the combined cartridge valve openings are 20%,40%,60%,80%and 100%,respectively,the average outlet flow rates are 19.64 m/s,39.20 m/s,53.22 m/s,55.44 m/s and 57.28 m/s.In this study,the influence of cartridge valve opening on the maximum flow rate,average flow rate and maximum pressure of the fluid is obtained,which provided a basis for the performance prediction of the special combination valve.
