摘 要:考察了CPE、CaCO_(2)用量对CPVC/PVC复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:①CPE的加入能够促进塑化,提高韧性,但会降低强度和模量;②CaCO_(2)的加入能够提高复合材料的刚性;③当CPE用量为7~9份、CaCO_(2)用量为20份时,用双螺杆挤出机生产电力电缆套管,性能满足QB/T2479一2005埋地式高压电力电缆用氯化聚氯乙烯(PVC-C)套管的技术要求。The effects of CPE and CaCO_(2)content on the properties of CPVC/PVC composites were investigated.The results showed that:CPE could promote plasticization,improve toughness,but reduce strength and modulus;The addition of CaCO_(2)could improve the,rigidity of the composite;③When the amount of CPE was 7-9 phr and the amount of CaCO_(2)was 20 phr,the power cable sleeve was produced by twin-screw extruder,and its performance met the technical requirements of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(PVC-C)sleeve for buried high-voltage power cables in QB/T 2479-2005.
